PALEO CREAMY HONEY MUSTARD
- 1/2 cup raw, unsalted cashews
- 1/2 cup of the water you soak the cashews in
- 2 TBSP raw honey
- 4 TBSP whole grain mustard
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 2 TBSP lemon juice
- 1 tsp olive oil
Cover the cashews in bowl with water for at least 1 hour. When the hour is up, transfer the cashews and 1/2 cup of the water they were soaking in to your Vitamix (or other high powered blender) and blend on high until a creamy consistency is reached, around 30-45 seconds.
Add in the remaining ingredients and blend on high for another 15-30 seconds or until well combined. Chill and serve alongside any dish!!
